The idea was to invite business to our area yet it is a waste of time and money!
It has also ruined a lot of peoples lives who were forced to move from their homes in my are,
One neighbor did DIE, yes she did from the stress of the move only a week after it was settled for her!
My main complaint today for this deal is below:
My Detached Garage got flooded today,
It happened on May 3rd at 4:30PM
It got about 2 inches of water in it which got a few cardboard boxes of computer parts as well as one set of stilts of mine wet,
I called the City of Fairmont, West Virginia Police, only to learn they DO NOT CARE!
They told me I need to take video of it with a date stamp on it and Sue them for it?
The story is below:
The had been using a fire hydrant at the end of my street one house away from my detached garage,
They fill a water tanker truck to wash down the road as they work on it all this month,
Today they managed to over fill the truck which sent a nice flood of water right down the street,
Which found it's way into my garage as I was in there working at the time with my neighbor,
The time it happened, I told them and showed them immediately what they did,
They walked down and said yep it must have been rain from today that did it?
Yeah the drain in my video showed a dry drain, and the street was dry,
All places except the flood they made,
This is when I called the city to report it!
Thanks very Much "Allan Mollohan" as this whole road was their idea to begin with?
My question is why is the hydrant used for this reason,
It is also causing us to have bad water to our house with lots of dirt in it?
Then when I asked what if it happens again,
Pretty much police said "video it every time with a date stamp in the video",
What a JOKE Fairmont, West Virginia is now!
Please advise everyone not to ever bring your business here in my area!
They do not deserve nor respect you at all,
They showed me this for sure today!
They leave the hoses and wrench hooked up, even when they are not around it?
So if some one wants one please feel free to take it?--(LOL!)--
